Acusar de (to accuse of)

Ese hombre está acusado de robar un banco.
That man is accused of robbing a bank.
Están separados, Daniela lo acusa de engañarla con otra mujer.
They are separated; Daniela accuses him of cheating her with another woman.
Advertir de (to warn about)
Nadie me advirtió de ese peligro, no podía saberlo.
Nobody warned me about that danger, I couldn’t know it.
Os advierto de que este viaje será peligroso.
I’m warning you that this trip is going to be dangerous.
Convencer de (to convince of)
No consiguió convencer al juez de que era inocente.
She couldn’t convince the judge that she was innocent.

Cuidar de (to take care of)
Me gusta cuidar de las plantas. Es más fácil que cuidar de los niños.

Depender de (to depend on)
Sara es libre para viajar, nadie depende de ella.
Sara is free to travel, nobody depends on her.
No podemos depender de su opinión en este asunto.

Disponer de (to have)
Susana dispone de una gran fortuna familiar.
Susana has a big family fortune.
El coche dispone de asientos de cuero y aire acondicionado.
The car has leather seats and air conditioning.
Hablar de (to talk about)
No hemos hablado de lo que pasó, ¿qué tal estás?
We haven’t talked about what happened, how are you?
Quiero hablar contigo de algo importante. ¿Estás ocupado?

Informar de (to inform of)
Creo que nadie le ha informado de la muerte de Ana.
I believe nobody has informed him about Ana’s death.

Parar de (to stop)
¿El panadero paró de leer la revista para responder el teléfono?
